By using Safariconnect you agree to these terms. Safariconnect is operated by Cresyx AI Labs. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.
1. The Service
- Safariconnect is an AI-powered safari planning platform that helps travelers plan Tanzania safaris and connect with verified local operators.
- The platform generates personalised itineraries using AI. These itineraries are suggestions, not guarantees. Actual safari execution depends on the operator you engage with.
- Safariconnect is a marketplace platform. We are not a safari operator and do not organise, execute, or guarantee any safari.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Tourist Terms
- You may use the planner and generate itineraries without creating an account.
- A one-time payment of $12 USD unlocks the full day-by-day itinerary beyond the free 3-day preview.
- Payments are processed by our payment directory and are non-refundable once the full itinerary has been unlocked and delivered.
- Itinerary content is AI-generated. While we strive for accuracy, costs, park conditions, and operator availability may vary. Always confirm details directly with your operator.
- Reviews you submit must be based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms or our community standards.
- You may not use Safariconnect for any unlawful purpose or to impersonate another person.
3. Operator Terms
- Operators must be legally registered safari companies operating in Tanzania.
- All information submitted during registration must be accurate and up to date. Submitting false documents or information will result in permanent removal from the platform.
- Operators are solely responsible for delivering the safari services they describe on their profile.
- Safariconnect does not take a commission on bookings made through the platform. Operators receive traveler inquiries directly.
- Operators must respond to traveler inquiries within their stated response time. Consistent failure to respond may result in removal from the platform.
- Operator profiles are subject to admin review and approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any operator at our discretion.
- Operators must renew expired documents promptly. Profiles with expired certifications may be suspended until renewed documents are submitted.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Itinerary purchases are processed securely via our payment directory. We accept USD, TZS, KES, and GBP.
- The $12 itinerary fee covers access to the AI-generated plan only. It does not cover any safari costs, operator fees, flights, accommodation, or other travel expenses.
- Refunds are not available once the full itinerary has been delivered to you.
- If a technical error prevents delivery of a paid itinerary, contact support@cresyx.tech within 7 days for a resolution.
5. AI-Generated Content
- Itineraries are generated by Claude (Anthropic), a large language model. Content may occasionally contain inaccuracies about specific lodges, prices, or wildlife patterns.
- Always verify itinerary details with your matched operator before making any bookings or financial commitments.
- Safariconnect and Cresyx AI Labs are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated itinerary content.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Safariconnect brand, logo, design system, and platform code are owned by Cresyx AI Labs.
- AI-generated itinerary content is provided to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce or resell itinerary content commercially.
- Operator profiles and photos remain the property of the respective operators.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Safariconnect is a technology platform connecting travelers with operators. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or execution of any safari.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cresyx AI Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Safariconnect shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting hello@cresyx.tech.
- Cresyx AI Labs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
